第一,激励目的。餐饮企业进行股权激励之前应当明确激励的目的是什么,是想与员工深度绑定,还是想提高员工福利,还是为了让员工有更大的开拓激情。

第二,激励对象。餐饮企业的员工有很多,岗位也特别多,餐饮企业老板应当知晓激励对象是服务员,还是厨师长,还是运营督导,还是区域经理等等。如果激励对象不确定,激励方式也难以确定。
